 Attorney Nicholas G. Gounaris is a founding partner at the law firm. Gounaris, was not only an attorney in Dayton but also served as a Judge at the Dayton Municipal Court, the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, General Division as well as the Probate Judge for Montgomery County.

 Antony "Tony" Abboud is a partner and one of the Ohio litigation attorneys and proud founders of Gounaris Abboud, Co, LPA. Mr. Abboud has been a legal defense and Ohio litigation attorney in the Miami Valley since inception of his practice. Mr. Abboud earned his high school degree from Centerville High School then went on to the University of Dayton and earned a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Studies with a minor in Political Science. Upon receiving a scholarship to the University of Dayton School of Law, he completed his Juris Doctor and commenced a successful law career as one of the Miami Valley's premier DUI and criminal defense attorneys.
Mr. Abboud is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He belongs to the Ohio State Bar Association, Dayton Bar Association, and Greene County Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Committee for Criminal Justice.
